The costume includes a red and white striped vest with faux buttons and a mullet style red jacket with black tasseled shoulder pads, faux buttons and long tails. Also included is a red bow tie, black leather look wrist cuffs with spikes and black top hat with a curved side and red and white ribbon. Of course, to add an element of fear, also included is a terrifying mask with evil grin and mustache.
